Customize access hardware and software around your business

From enclosure and branding, to on-device app logic, to DejaOS JavaScript development — three tracks cover your project. Bring your requirements, and we will take the prototype to scalable delivery.

01

Hardware Customization

Enclosure, logo silkscreen, mounting, credential modules (face / QR / NFC / IC) and external interfaces — built as OEM/ODM to your project.

Please prepare

Installation drawing, preferred model, interface requirements (Wiegand / RS485 / relay), expected quantity, and vector logo.

02

Software Customization

On-device UI and workflow customization, integrated with your existing management platform, access rules, and people-permission system.

Please prepare

Workflow description, existing platform API docs (API / webhook), expected data fields and events, and acceptance criteria.

03

DejaOS Development

On supported devices, write on-device UI and business logic directly in JavaScript — no firmware engineer required, iterate fast.

Please prepare

Target model, UI sketch or interaction notes, and expected device behavior (post-recognition action, error prompts, offline policy).

Three steps to start your project

  1. 1

    Define the requirement

Describe users, site, host system, interfaces, and expected quantity; separate must-haves from optional changes.

  2. 2

    Evaluate on hardware

Agree on a sample configuration and a practical acceptance test; test device, UI, mounting and wiring together.

  3. 3

    Prepare delivery

Lock hardware/software versions, branding, packaging, quantity and support scope; confirm feasibility, schedule and commercial terms.

Turn the brief into a testable handoff

Hardware

Fit, connections and service access

Identify the model and shipped version; mark mounting surface, available space, connector positions and cable routes on your drawing.

Sample check

Install the sample at the intended position with cables fitted; confirm service access. Separate mechanical changes from software requests.

Software

Draw the device-platform boundary

Describe what runs on device vs. in the host platform; specify input, response and error behavior for each step.

Sample check

Run the agreed sequence against the selected host and firmware; record expected vs. actual results. Same interface name does not mean compatible protocol.

DejaOS

Match the app to the device

Name the target model, hardware modules and SDK version; outline UI and device behavior; confirm available APIs and deployment tools.

Sample check

Run the app on the sample through required modules; record startup, normal use and recovery behavior; lock the version and deployment process used for acceptance.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose the right product?

Start with the credential (face / QR / IC), installation environment, required interfaces, software workflow and expected quantity. Narrow down on the product and configuration pages, then confirm against your project.

Does every device support DejaOS?

No. Confirm DejaOS support for the target overseas model and configuration before choosing a development device, and match the SDK, firmware and hardware modules.

Can you customize hardware or software?

Yes. Hardware covers enclosure, silkscreen, mounting, modules and interfaces; software covers on-device app and platform integration. Tell us the project type on the contact page.

Can you integrate with our existing platform?

In most cases yes. Bring your existing platform API docs and sample data; we will assess integration scope and effort.

Can I evaluate a sample before volume production?

Yes. Samples and pilots are used to validate configuration and workflow before production. Availability, terms and the path from pilot to production are confirmed per project.

How are configurations and prices confirmed?

Pricing varies by model, modules, customization depth and quantity. Submit your requirement on the contact page; we will confirm the configuration and quote.

How are freight, taxes and lead time confirmed?

Confirmed by project configuration and destination; sample and bulk lead times differ and are listed on the quotation.

What support is available after delivery?

We provide docs, manuals, technical support and after-sales channels. Firmware updates and remote support scope are agreed per project.
